Non-market quotes on November, 21

Dear clients!

On November 21, 2016, non-market quotes were observed on a number of instruments, including USD/JPY and NZD/CAD.

As of now, trading on all the affected instruments was halted and will be continued within an hour from the publication time of the current article.

Also, the internal transfers carried out from 1:05 to 10:15 UTC+3 November 21, 2016 were nullified.

All the trades on the aforementioned instruments are to be reviewed and revised according to the Regulation.
